TERMS ON REAL ESTATE: A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the winning bid to determine the final contract selling price for the property. The purchaser shall make a non-refundable deposit at the conclusion of the auction in the amount of 15% of the final contract selling price. The deposit must be in the form of cash, certified check, cashier’s check, or good personal check secured by purchaser’s personal demand note. The balance to be paid upon delivery of a General Warranty Deed according to applicable law on or before May 25th, 2023. Possession to be given at closing and date of deed. The contract will be contingent upon court approval. Time is of the essence in the purchase agreement. Taxes, Leases and HOA fee to be prorated to date of closing.
