As a second-generation auctioneer, Elizabeth Monarch entered into the Auction and Real Estate Industry in 2002. Elizabeth is a member of the Kentucky Auctioneers Association, the National Auctioneers Association, a Board of Director for the Greater Louisville Association of Realtors, a Board of Directors Member for March of Dime, Board Member of the Transylvania University Executive Alumni Board, Board Member of Louisville Women Council of Realtors (WCR), Kentucky Association Realtors Delegate representing the GLAR, a Business Networking International Director, and a member of Junior League of Louisville. In March 2004, Elizabeth completed a three year Certified Auctioneers Program at Indiana University and received the CAI designation from the Certified Auctioneers Institute and National Auctioneer Association. Elizabeth graduated cum laude from Transylvania Unversity in Lexington, Kentucky and received her Masters in Business Administration from Bellarmine University.
In 2008, Elizabeth received the RE/MAX Hall Fame Award and is currently #5 RE/MAX Agent in Kentucky for Sales. In 2011, Elizabeth received her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Designation and was awarded the 2011 Women Council of Realtors Entrepreneur of the Year. She is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana and is the owner of Auction Solutions, LLC and a Realtor with Elizabeth Monarch Group of RE/MAX Associates.
Lonnie Gann is from Franklin, Kentucky and in May 1990 he graduated from Western Kentucky University with a bachelors of Science degree in Corporate and Organizational Communications. He began his sales and training experience with U.S. Shoe Corporation, which involved working in five states training corporate sales forces in the Southeast. Lonnie has extensive experience in the banking industry. He was responsible for the Sales Management and Internal Training Modules for a large regional bank in their commercial lending and private client groups.
In 1994, Lonnie entered in the real estate industry. He has experience in office training for 15 agents, tracking sales, and coaching and training agents with less than 5 years experience. In 2008, Lonnie served as the President for the Southern Kentucky Realtors Association. He is a Kentucky Association of Realtors Delegate Representative and a member of the 2008 LeadershipKAR class. Lonnie is a member of the Kentucky and National Auctioneers Association and received his Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) Designation this year. He is a Reatlor with Crye-Leike Executive Realty and manages and operates Auction Solutions, LLC in Bowling Green and Somerset, Kentucky. He has been working in the auction and real estate industry for 15 years specializing in real estate auctions.
